There is an enormous opportunity to help foster youth and young adults on their Journey. A collaborative community effort can reduce their risk for drowning, give them an opportunity to become leaders, and potentially become employed and serving in great jobs.

The frequency of drowning in this group is high, they rarely get a chance to assume leadership roles, and they do not have the skills to apply for jobs that can support them.
Aquatic organizations are in great need of lifeguards, swim instructors, pool technicians, and aquatic safety instructors. Helps the greatest number become water safe, many to become certified for aquatic employment, and some will become gainfully employed.
