This community of practice was established to support a national network of leaders who are focused on developing critical lifesaving know how to address failure to rescue scenarios along the continuum of care.  We use real examples of current challenges to discuss core improvement concepts. These videos are all open source and multiple contributors from the supplier, provider, and purchaser sectors have contributed to them.
